By registering an Account on phlargo, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawals, and any communication with phlargo support.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.
phlargo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or engage in any real-money gaming activity on phlargo. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. phlargo will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings will be forfeited.
phlargo is operated for players physically located in the Philippines and subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlargo does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted, you do so at your own risk and phlargo accepts no liability in connection with such access.
You may not register an Account if you have previously self-excluded from phlargo or from any other gaming platform under a PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR.
Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on phlargo. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phlargo uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with the player will be suspended, any Balances will be reviewed, and Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. phlargo may request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.
Before processing any withdrawal, phlargo may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by phlargo may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phlargo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlargo immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phlargo will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account pending resolution.
phlargo employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and monitors login activity for anomalous patterns. However, no security system is infallible, and phlargo cannot guarantee absolute security of your Account against all threats.
phlargo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlargo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phlargo targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phlargo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before release.
All bonuses and promotions offered by phlargo are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games. Free spin winnings are subject to a 20x wagering requirement.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page of the Platform.
phlargo reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Determination of Bonus abuse is at phlargo's sole discretion.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the period specified in the promotion, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 days of the Bonus being credited, will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
Each game available on the phlargo Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome produced by the game's certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer system, the system outcome shall prevail.
phlargo is not responsible for errors caused by player misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phlargo will investigate and, where possible, restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to your Account Balance. phlargo's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlargo Platform:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the phlargo Platform — including but not limited to the phlargo name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of phlargo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phlargo.
phlargo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlargo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

phlargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phlargo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phlargo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phlargo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by a regulatory authority, or if phlargo determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Upon termination for breach, any Balance remaining in your Account will be reviewed. Funds derived from legitimate deposits (net of any Bonus amounts and associated winnings) may be returned to your registered payment method at phlargo's discretion, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable regulatory holds.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting phlargo support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phlargo's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phlargo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phlargo's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
phlargo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
